HGV Driver Opportunities Staffordshire

Employ Recruitment is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers – Staffordshire to support ongoing multi-drop retail contracts across the region. This work is based from Burton-on-Trent with routes covering Staffordshire and surrounding areas. If you’re a Class 2 driver living in Stafford, Cannock, Lichfield, Uttoxeter or nearby, this offers consistent weekday work with guaranteed hours.

Pay Rates for HGV Class 2 Drivers – Staffordshire

All hours: £16.50 per hour
Paid via in-house PAYE payroll. No umbrella deductions.

What You’ll Receive

• Guaranteed minimum 8 hours pay per shift
• 45-minute break deduction
• 28 days holiday
• Consistent, ongoing work
• Stable Monday to Friday rota
• Support from an experienced transport recruitment team

This role offers predictable earnings and structured weekday work.

The Role – HGV Class 2 Drivers Staffordshire

• AM start times between 04:00 and 07:00
• Monday to Friday rota, with flexibility to night out when required
• Multi-drop cage deliveries to retail stores
• Average shift length approximately 10 hours

This is hands-on delivery work suited to drivers comfortable with store deliveries and physical unloading.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience
• Valid DCPC card
• Digital Tachograph card
• Professional and reliable approach
• Good written and spoken English
